“Paribus finds me savings I didn’t know existed.” That’s how Marc Zeiger-Guerra described his Paribus savings.
Zeiger-Guerra said he has always been a bargain hunter. But finding the best deals on American goods can be a little more challenging from thousands of miles outside the U.S.
Zeiger-Guerra and his family are one of the thousands of families that make up the U.S. Foreign Service community. Zeiger-Guerra’s wife is a member of the U.S. Foreign Service, a section of the government responsible for carrying out a range of diplomatic activities across the globe. Born in Boston and raised in Philadelphia, Zeiger-Guerra has lived around the world while working remotely as an online marketing manager. He and his family have been stationed in places ranging from Beijing, China to his current location of Tbilisi, Georgia.
It was a friend Zeiger-Guerra met in China who recommended Paribus to him.
“Instantly, [Paribus] found me some savings, so I was sold,” Guerra said.
The results speak for themselves. According to Zeiger-Guerra, Paribus has averaged out to a 3% refund for him and his family, a statistic which he called “amazing.” By comparison, most credit-card cash back policies tend to hover around 1%.
